THE BAYOU COLLECTION
Images from the big cypress bayous of the south. The ancient bald cypress trees that live in this unique ecosystem in Louisiana and Texas are some of the oldest in the United States. Haunting beauty is the best way to describe these swamplands as the mist rises from the water, the leaves turning to vibrant fall colors, and the silence that surrounds you while floating among the trees. It is unlike any other place on earth and one of my favorite places to explore and create.
